After holding executive positions in Operations and Customer Experience for over 20 years, I stumbled into coaching. While serving on the management team at my last company, I was chosen to be "coached" to develop my potential.

Throughout this process, I learned a lot about myself. I realized that, although I thought I had been "coaching" my team members, I needed formal training and guidance to truly become an effective coach. This is important to me because I found my passion in developing people's potential.

In this adventure, I have not only found a passion for helping people and learning along the way, but I also continue to learn from them myself, and it drives me to continue on this learning path.
